Wallpaper you can swap
Start with Telegram's default green wallpaper, pick a solid colour or upload an image. In dark mode the chat sits on the deep navy background with blue outgoing bubbles.
Gradient avatars and group sizes
People without a photo get white initials on one of Telegram's seven colour gradients. Groups show the member count under the title, direct chats show “last seen recently”.
Checks, times and big emoji
Each bubble carries its time and, for your messages, one or two green checks. A lone emoji gets a translucent pill for its time, like the real app.
