Plan the conversation around the creative

  • Show one customer moment

Choose a specific exchange: an order becoming ready, a delivery question or an invitation to collaborate. A short conversation gives the viewer a clear situation to follow.

  • Match the setting

Use WhatsApp for a pickup message, Instagram for a creator discussion or Slack for a team scene. Edit names, photos, wording and timestamps to fit your illustrative example.

  • Choose the image format

Export a plain PNG for your layout. Pro also offers a device frame and 4:5 or 9:16 social PNGs, with a framed phone on the preset background.

  • Review the final placement

Keep the key message visible in the phone preview. After export, check that the text is readable at the size you will use in your post, slide or design.
