Role colours on names
Give each participant a colour and their name shows in it, like a server role. People without one get Discord's default palette of blurple, green, yellow and red.
Channels and DMs
A group chat becomes a channel with a # in the header and the composer reads “Message #your-channel”. A two-person chat is a DM with the @ sign.
Discord-style timestamps
Message groups show “Today at 2:31 PM”, “Yesterday at …” or a full date for older days — calculated from the times you set on each message.
Reactions and replies
Reactions appear as pills with a count under the message, highlighted when you reacted yourself. Replies show the quoted line with its author above the message.

How to make a fake Discord chat

Discord is preselected; switch Appearance to Dark for the theme most servers use. Editing is free, export is Pro.

Add three or more people for a channel and type the channel name as the header title, or keep two for a DM.
